Master Data Lab is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Lisbon. We are seeking a commercially-driven profile with strong relationship-building skills and strategic vision, who is passionate about data, technology, and innovation.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break).
- Total of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing Master Data Lab clients.
- Prospect and develop new clients and business opportunities.
- Attend meetings with clients and partners (on-site and online).
- Prepare commercial proposals and solution presentations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure account retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Track KPIs and commercial targets.
- Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Projects, Production).
- Ensure proper execution and monitoring of contracts and deliverables.
- Actively contribute to the company's expansion strategies in Portugal and internationally.
- Update and maintain CRM with client and opportunity data.
- Support the preparation of monthly commercial performance reports.
Hard Skills
- Fluent English — mandatory.
- Proven experience in account management and/or consultative sales.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Strong skills in creating presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and preparation of commercial proposals.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
